OUR STORY

TVS Investments began in 2017 when owner Taylor Smith had just received the Navy Marine Corps Achievement Medal due to his service for our country in years prior. From 2021-2023, TVS Investments has grown exponentially: housing 111 apartment units and 54 storage units in that time frame. While the progress hasn't always been linear, owner Taylor Smith has gained field knowledge from early project losses. Now, his ambitions exceed those of his competitors, aiming for 100 million in total assets by 2031.
