TAYLOR SMITH
Taylor Smith is the founder and President of TVS Investments, L.L.C. Smith is a value-driven and passionate leader, bringing his education, enthusiasm for growth, and respected military background to the forefront of TVS Investments.

Prior to founding TVS Investments, Smith was a proud Marine from 2013 to 2017. As a Marine, he developed valuable life skills from discipline and organization to loyalty and camaraderie. During his enlistment, Smith was stationed at MBW in Washington DC as a squad leader. Because of his commitment to the Marines and exceptional leadership, Smith was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (NAM) from the Secretary of the Navy.
In 2018 Smith began his real estate and entrepreneurial career. He earned his BA in Real Estate Studies from Ashford University in 2020. Previously, Smith received his AA in Real Estate Studies as well as an undergraduate Certificate in Property Management. Since he has started his real estate journey, he has completed nearly 100 transactions, including both residential and commercial properties. Through his hard work and immense dedication, Smith was named and awarded the Top 15% of Pro Real Estate Agents in the country from Google Homesnap in 2022.
